Bisolvon®'s active ingredient is bromhexine.

Bromhexine is a synthetic derivative of vasicine, a herbal active ingredient with expectorant (i.e. phlegm-dissolving) properties. It is generally very well tolerated and can also be given to children of different ages.

Bisolvon® should not be used by people who are hypersensitive to bromhexine or other ingredients. For more information, please refer to the package leaflet or consult your doctor or pharmacist.
